a.      Conlon motioned to approve the agenda. Scott seconded the motion.

The Board went into Closed Session at 5:57pm

  IV.      Closed Session - Potential litigation: 1 case (Gov. code section 54956.9)

The Board returned to Open Session at 6:37pm.  Andy To joined the Board during Closed Session at 6:09pm)

The Board motioned to authorize Cinda Doughty as Director to draft a notice of rejection to the claim brought forth by René Sheldon on July 10, 2008.
