HOW TO USE GOOGLE TRANSLATE
Go to your phone’s App Store (Playstore for Android)
2. In the search bar type “Google Translate."
The logo of the app should look like this. Click on Download and wait for it to finish.
Once you click on the app, the interface will look like this. In the space that says “Enter text” type in the words/phrase you want to have translated.
Choose the language you want to translate to and from. Press the arrows to interchange the language.
If you want to have offline access to the language translation, click on the download button.

You can use your handwriting to translate items by clicking on the pen icon.
Write in the space that says “Write here."
In this example, we wrote the word hello. The software will translate this into the word form and then translate it.
You can also choose speech recognition and talk into the software by clicking on the microphone icon.
You may start talking once this screen appears.
You can also translate pictures or point your camera live for real-time translation of street signs, posters, instructions, etc.
The Camera feature (see three buttons below) allows you to point your camera to text, scan text (used for longer paragraphs/books/pdfs) or upload a photo and have that translated.
Conversation View allows you to translate simultaneously between conversations.
Finally, you can use transcribe to translate speech that is longer than one sentence or phrase.
