Resuspending

Resuspend 10ug (10,000ng) of KCNJ6_FLAG_pcDNA3 to 100ng/uL.

1. Centrifuge plasmid tube

2. Add MBG Water (100uL)

3. Centrifuge again

4. Place in Freezer
