- L102C_CFTR_FLAG_pcDNA3 and CFTR_pGHE (A- from 774ng/uL tube) will be redone because they were too highly concentrated.
- Negative Control was successful.
L102C_CFTR_FLAG_pcDNA3
The stock tube was at a concentration of 100ng/uL and was diluted with MBG Water to 1ng/uL.
This plate is still too highly concentrated. Transformation will be redone with less JM109 cells.
CFTR_pGHE (A- from 774ng/uL tube)
The stock solution was at a concentration of 774ng/uL. The tube was not completely frozen which is why I also choose a second CFTR tube. It was diluted to 1ng/uL through 2 dilutions.
This plate is still too highly concentrated. Transformation will be redone with less JM109 cells.
Negative Control
Water was added to the culture plate and incubated.
There are no colonies, the negative control is successful.
