How to Best Interact with Me

As a Trainer:

I will take the lead and talk a lot (92% extroverted, 99% leadership). I explain things by drawing it, talking through it, and actively doing it. I love to repeat information multiple times in different ways to ensure it is received. If you are extremely introverted or learn better by a different method let me know and I can alter my training methods!

As a Leader:

I am detail oriented (97% detailed and reliable) and prefer to set clear goals (93% determined). When under stress I can be a little frazzled (24% composed), but (after a deep breath) I usually adapt well (95% flexible).

As a Peer:

I prefer a productive and fun work environment (76% humorous). I am very excited to work with you all!!
