My reaction:
These results were unsurprising to me, as I have been frequently called "practical" and "organized." I prefer lists and steps of instructions over "freethinking" or concept based questions. I do not like making things up as I go or being responsible for "creating" the procedure. My favorite classes have always had a dedicated time to questions which is very helpful in confirming my understanding of the topic.
