How to best interact with me:
Trainer: I am a more introverted person (36% extroverted) which means I tend to be quieter during discussion, but I will take the leadership position when it comes to teaching others, creating a project, or out of necessity or interest (68% leadership). I explain things by doing or by drawing diagrams. I will vocally confirm multiple times that you understand what I am explaining.
Leader: I am logical and create steps for what needs to be done (84% deliberative). I am generally organized (55% detailed and reliable), so I will answer questions as to the direction things need to go. Under stress I tend to get confused and lose my way, so I may not always give the best answer right away (hence why I am 55% detailed and reliable - ADHD also doesn't help). I am creative though so I can always find new solutions if we need them (72% creative)!
Peer: Though I am quiet, I do enjoy talking and joking around (63% humorous). I am always available for questions or for talking about problems if you need to, and I will always have an unbiased and non-judgmental approach (97% nurturing).
