6/14/21 Gel Electrophoresis

The DNA ladder used was the NEB 1 kb DNA Ladder. It is labeled as DNA Ladder 9/12 in Fridge A. The DNA ran came from the 6/11/21 midi-prep. SARS-RDB_pcDNA3-1, hACE2_pcDNA3.1-1, and hACE2_pcDNA3.1-2 had very weak bands that were not at the level a midiprep should be. These samples will be thrown out. SARS-RBD_pcDNA3-1 had a high concentration of 240.22ng/uL and will be sequenced.
