The stock tube was at a concentration of 100ng/uL and was diluted with MBG Water to 10ng/uL.
This transformation was successful, but too highly concentration. It needs to be redone at a lower concentration.
TAAR1_pGHE
The stock tube was at a concentration of 3,775ng/uL. It was diluted to 500ng/uL and then to 10ng/uL. Both was MBG Water.
This transformation was successful and will be maxiprepped.
CFTR_pGHE (A- from 774ng/uL tube)
The stock solution was at a concentration of 774ng/uL. The tube was not completely frozen which is why I also choose a second CFTR tube. It was diluted to 7.7ng/uL.
The transformation was successful, but too concentrated. It will be redone at a lower concentration.
CFTR_pGHE (B-from 77ng/uL tube)
The stock solution was at a concentration of 77ng/uL and was diluted to 7.7ng/uL.
This transformation was successful and will be maxiprepped.
Negative Control
Water was added to the culture plate and incubated.
The negative control showed no colonies. It was successful.
