What the Different Sections of a Marching Band Do

I am in the marching band at my school and I have always been curious about what all the parts of the band do. I also participate in many other band activities at my school. I chose to make an infographic about marching band because of this.
I had to research what all of the different parts of a marching band are and the role they play. I researched the Woodwinds, Drumline, and Brass.
I chose to use the free program, Canva. I chose to use Canva because it is user friendly. My school has the edu Canva which lets us have access to more features. To start, I logged in using my school Google account. I went to find templates and clicked on poster. I then put different text boxes on the page and started typing my research into them.
To create my infographic, I first decided that the topic would be the roles that are played in a marching band. I put this topic at the top as the title. I then listed the roles of a marching band and listed what they do. Finally, I cited the sources I used to gather this information.
Because of this project I learned how to space my paragraphs perfectly on a page using the lines to help everything look more centered.
I organized my infographic by marching band role. I used different colors to attract attention to the different sections.
