I took this photo when I was on a vacation with my family in Cancun, Yucatan Mexico. I took the photo because I wanted a photo to remember our vacation. I used my Huawei cell phone to take the image.

I decided to manipulate this image because I was not happy with the shades and overall color of the image. To edit the image, I used two apps. Pixellab which is free and Snapseed which is also free.

To begin, I opened Pixellab and uploaded the original image. I used this app to adjust the contrast of the image. Next, I used the Pixellab app to adjust the brightness. Once I had adjusted the contrast and brightness to what I wanted, I put the image into the app Snapseed. I used Snapseed to add a colored filter.

I am really happy with the final manipulated image. I think it looks very good!

I was in Colorado when I took the original photo. My family and I hiked all the way up this mountain one afternoon. It was beautiful up there! To take the original photo, I used my iPhone 11 pro max. Overall, I think hiking is great to see different sites around the United States.

To edit the image, I used Adobe Photoshop on my Macbook computer. To begin I added a drawing of myself onto the photo. I drew the picture of myself using Google Canvas. Next, I traced some objects in the background of the photo with a black outline to make them pop. Then I added filters which made the colors of the photo look animated.

I chose to manipulate this image because it was my favorite photo from the trip my family took over the summer. The landscape looks amazing and it was a beautiful view.

I really enjoyed learning more about photoshop while I manipulated this image and I am very happy with the way it turned out.
