Discuss how you began this project - thinking & planning

To begin our animation, we started brainstorming what we wanted to create. We knew we wanted to create something with Legos. We thought about all the legos we had access to and found we had a lot of marvel legos. We then started planning out our animation.

Our plan was to take all of the images with two different backgrounds. We picked out our characters (which were Lego mini figs) so we were ready to begin filming. We began taking pictures using an iPhone 11 Pro Max. After each picture we moved the characters a little. We did this approximately 230 times!

Next, we put the images into InShot. End Shot is a free app that you can add photos and videos to edit. We set the image speed to 0.2 seconds. This got our 230 images down to a 34 second video.

Then, we downloaded from InShot into iMovie on the phone. In iMovie, we added sound effects like footsteps and car skids as well as other sounds.

Finally, we credited our sound effects at the end of the animation video.

We created this because it looked like a fun project to work on as a team.
