Events that have occurred that affected the planets of Dragoso specifically.
Meglacia had started as just a rock before the Technopaths and the Arcanewalkers decided to preserve various species from Earth during the Ice Age in hopes of using them as bioweapons and for experiments. Arcanewalkers saw plenty of potential within the creatures and the Techopaths created the technology to terraform Meglacia into what it is today, allowing the creatures on it to thrive and survive. Arcanewalkers successfully turned many of the creatures they rescued into dragons and left the dragons on Meglacia as well. The dragons were the end of their experiments before their entire race died out, leaving enough written data about Meglacia but with no means of actually getting to the planet in order to keep the species on the planet isolated and safe from any interference.
Hidden within the depths of Sakit, events were recorded before the infestation became a planet wide issue on Sakit. Records say a Gnome had discovered an unknown strain of spores on the planet and observed the spores evolving nearby fungus. The Gnome had taken this information to visiting Arcanewalkers and formed a research team with Technopaths in order to research and experiment with the spores. The spores were collected and secured within an underground lab as well as eight recorded specimens to test evolution on. Records state specimens 1-7 died from spore exposure and Specimen 8, which has been discovered to be a pre-transformed dragon, successfully survived evolution. Spores were found to have be able to reproduce within the bodies of the dead specimens. The research team kept Specimen 1 to allow the spores to reproduce and they incinerated Specimens 2-7, making sure the spore count was zero before they disposed of the ashes of their failed experiments. Specimen 8 had evolved into what was described as a very early Infested Dragon. Records stated the team planned on finding more of the pre-transformed dragons to make more of the Infested Dragons. However, before they could execute their plan, Specimen 8 managed to escape the lab, killing the Arcanewalkers and Technopaths that were within the lab. Out of fear of the spores spreading, the Gnomes put Sakit under quarantine, not allowing anyone to leave the planet and any means of getting to Sakit were cut off. Due to cutting off from all the other ancient races, nobody knew the fate of Sakit or its Gnomes for thousands of years. It wasn't until Infested Griffins and a meteor from Sakit itself are discovered on Sorus. The Goblins sent for the Tenkkoa as soon as this discovery is made and the Tenkkoa jumped at the opportunity. Together, the Tenkkoa and the Goblins managed to find some stray Technopath records of the spore experiments. The Arcanewalkers had been mentioned in the notes so the Tenkkoa went searching through their own ancient archives and found more notes on the experiments done with these mysterious spores. With this found knowledge, the Tenkkoa sent a team to Sakit, finding a way to get there with their own magic. Taking plenty of precautious due to the potential danger that posed on Sakit. When they arrived, the Tenkkoa discovered that the entire planet was infested with the spores. All living organisms had been mutated into monstrosities and animals were turned into extremely aggressive creatures driven to kill. The Tenkkoa managed to find out what happened to the Gnomes as well, the entire race having been infected, giving way to the Malignomes. The Tenkkoa also managed to find the spore lab and the rest of the research on the events that occurred before the quarantine on Sakit. Specimen 8 has not been found, dead or alive, and the Tenkkoa believe that Specimen 8 could potentially be the Infested Dragon Deity Pestirax, however no proof has been gathered to back up this theory, thus it remains a theory.
The Beastskippers were responsible for the decay of Whedabra. What had once been a planet of rolling hills, greenery, and life, was turned to death due to a failed attempt at summoning many undead creatures. The Beastskippers were skilled summoners and had perfected their summoning for a variety of creatures. The few undead ones they managed to summon proved to be the most resilient and they wanted more of them. They worked tirelessly to summon more and more of the undead beasts, only to bring about a massive undead creature that they could not control. Records tell that the beast was as big as the first dragons that wiped out the entirety of the Beastskippers. The beast's reanimating abilities were what brought back a few of the Beastskippers which allowed them to record the events of their mistakes to prevent it from happening again. They watched as the beast killed all life on Whedabra, turning it into the undead wasteland it is today. The beast has been found preserved in what had once been a great lake, deep enough to contain the body of the beast. The Undead as well as the Tenkkoa research the remains of the beast to see what more they can learn about it and its powers.
