Key locations that can be found on the planet Whedabra, home of the Undead Class Dragons, the Undead, and the Cordavers.
Pronunciation: Weh-dah-bra
Other Races Present: Undead, Cordavers
Temperatures: 60 degrees F
Whedabra is home to Undead Class Dragons. Whedabra is very much like some horror games. Cold, foggy, dark, and full of undead creatures. The planet of Whedabra had once flourished with life until an experiment turned the planet into the wasteland it is now, full of undead and horror.
Whedabra only ever has fog and temperatures range in the 60s.
The Undead City. The undead of Whedabra have constructed the capital city of Necrus in the style of a massive graveyard. While the undead try to retain their living homes, it is one of the most diversely constructed cities in all of Dragoso as it does not stick to one form of home. Instead the buildings take the appearance of those who inhabit or use them.
The Undead Village. The ghost town of Shinhand Village somehow has its appeal for the undead. Some of the undead that were different races in life make use of the rather generic looking houses to make them more unique and proper to their people.
Home to the Realives. Due to the large fluctuations in population numbers, the homes are kept very basic and very few Realives ever bring more than they can carry. At times only the permanent residents are the only ones who have personal effects and rent out rooms in their homes to Realives who plan on trying to revert to an Undead or convert into a Skeleton.
The abandoned Undead Village. The old village of Scourgebane used to be a village that was shared between the undead and Nightmare Dragons. However, its fate is undecided and varies from source. Some say a fight between Hollow Dragons and Nightmare Dragons broke out in the village, resulting in too many casualties in undead and between the two types of dragons.
A subterranean library filled with books and documentation about a variety of things. The Archives are heavily guarded by not only Zadinia Village, but many Skeleton guards, brutes, and even some creatures. What they lack in strength they make up for in sheer numbers.
The Undead Axol Village. As the name suggests, it sits atop a battleground from ancient times. The Undead Axols use the idea of a haunted area to maintain solitude and be left undisturbed by outsiders. The Astromantas of Whedabra are kept in an enclosed area away from water due to the decaying flesh that poisons the natural water.
The Cordaver city. Sometimes called the Cordaver boneyard, Duskbone City is a city with buildings made primarily of bone. All buildings and structures within the city are made of the many bones that had been found on Whedabra. Despite a seemingly impractical building material, Duskbone has actually held up for a number of generations with minimal repairs made. Many travelers and visitors have been to Duskbone and have been welcomed with open wings.
The Cordaver village. A smaller version of Duskbone City made of bone. The Cordavers here work with necromancy as well as preserving the dead. They take pride in their craft and often have understudies who wish to learn Necromancy as well.
The Sanguinge Cordaver village. Bloodshade is primarily made of darkened stone and dead wood due to needing enclosed spaces to work on their blood fusing. A number of Undead and even Tenkkoa also dwell within Bloodshade since they assist in research and blood sample gathering.
The Toxic Gnorics of Meltbone Camp scavenged the landscape for chemicals for their twisted experiments and hunger, feeding on raw toxic waste from the chemical compounds they find. They treat the camp almost as a massive farm.
A place of healing for Vampires and others. One of the largest hospitals in Whedabra, the Vampires that run this outpost have studied various diseases and the anatomy of many of the races of Whedabra in order to heal the sick.
The Whedabra Temple. A temple void of any life around it whatsoever. It’s feared by the various creatures of the planet except for the dragons and the Undead. The temple is a gift to the Underworld Death Dragon King, Deathbore.
The Depths of Whedabra. The Crypts are described as being a massive maze with a number of undead beasts wanting to devour the living. A number of chambers within the Crypts also serve as burial sites as well. Whedabra’s core is the only place with any sort of life close to it. However, due to the temperature of the areas surrounding the core, nobody is sure of exactly what sort of life lives close to the core. Tenkkoa have managed to find microorganisms, but they theorize there is more they can't discover just yet.
The Skeleton village. Zadinia is one of the larger chambers of the Crypts that is also connected to the surface. Skeletons have no issues being on the surface of Whedabra, thus giving them reason to have their village connected to the surface.
The Corax Cordaver village. The Corax Cordavers isolated themselves to protect other from their bioweapon research and to prevent any bioweapons from causing a lot of damage to the already damaged planet. Many of the homes within Deepwing are made of the many roots that have grown into the Crypts. Their labs, however, are made of stone to contain their experiments as much as possible to prevent outbreaks.
