Whoever Believes in God and His Son Shall Not Perish

Jesus is the Only One Who Can Save Us
12 Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved.
One of the most well known verses of the Bible is John 3:26...This verse is about God's LOVE for us...God LOVES the world so much that He gave His One and Only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life...For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through Him...So God is a God of LOVE, because He is LOVE...And whoever does not love does not know God, because God is LOVE...Love and the sharing of one's love is the most personal thing there is in the world...I would like to repeat that...Love is the most personal thing on earth and in one's life...
Love is personal and God is personal...God LOVES us and He wants us to love Him...God sent us Jesus to save us from our sins...There are certain things we cannot do on our own, and God knows that...We do not and cannot get out of our sinful nature...And our sinful nature brought us Jesus, out of God's LOVE....Sinning is just the way we are...So we need Someone who is able to save us from our sins...And the One that can do that is His Son...God sent Jesus to mankind to save us...Our salvation in life is tied only to Him...Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved...
God's personal LOVE for us is why He sent us Jesus...Sometimes we can overlook this...The relationship we need to have with God and His Son are to be personal...We need to have a personal relationship with His Son, so that we can be saved...There is no other Way...Thus, as St. Peter tells us, our salvation and the only way we get into heaven is found in no one else, other than Jesus...
