Distributional Range:  Native Asia-Temperate EASTERN ASIA: Japan, [Hokkaidô (s.), Honshu, Kyushu, Shikoku] Korea

Habitat: Slightly moist broad-leaved forests and forest edges, montane thickets, grasslands on mountain slopes.
