v 14 Or/and "the trespassers in a public payment", "the trespassers unto consummation [of a scheme]". A triple meaning is possible, because συντέλεια is believed to have had as its primary sense "a joint contribution for the public burdens" (LSJ s.v. A), and a tertiary sense of "consummation of a scheme" (LSJ s.v. III).
