I have gratitude to the One having empowered me in* Christ Iesoús the Lord of ours, because He held me to be trustworthy*, putting me into service*;
in the first place being a slanderer* and persecutor and insolent injurer*; but I received mercy, because unknowing, I did these things in unbelief.
Yet the grace of the Lord of ours abounded, with faith and loving-kindness that are in* Christ Iesoús.
Trustworthy is the word, and worthy of all approval, that Christ Iesoús came into the world to save sinners, among whom I myself am first.
But due to this, I received mercy, so that by me firstly Iesoús Christ would display the entire great-heartedness, for a pre-delineation* of the ones being destined* to believe on Him, into eternal life.
Now*, to the King of the aeons*, immortal, invisible, the only wise* God: honour and glory into the aeons of the aeons. Amen.
