1 Yet the Spirit expressly says that in latter times, some will stand themselves* away from the faith, holding to deceptive spirits and teachings of demons,
2 in* the hypocrisy of speakers of falsehoods*, those having had the own conscience of theirs seared,
3 hindering to marry, to abstain from foods that the God created for sharing* with thanksgiving by the ones who are faithful and acknowledging the truth,
4 that* every created thing of God is good (and not one is to be thrown away), being received with thanksgiving.
5 For it is sanctified through God's Word, and petition.*
6 Setting these things as presuppositions* for the siblings, you will be a good servant of Christ Iesoûs, being nourished by the words of the faith and of the good teaching that you have followed closely.
