ATT-Led Professional Learning: Applying Data to Instructional Practice

Learning Intention: Through ATT-led professional learning, STT members will see how student data and modeled instruction are used to support consistent instructional improvement across the school.

Rationale: As STTs take on more ownership, they need to experience what effective, data-guided professional learning looks like. This session shows how ATTs plan and lead learning that helps teachers use student information to strengthen instruction.

Success Criteria:

STT members will know they are successful when they can

• explain how student data shaped the focus of the professional learning

• identify the key instructional decisions highlighted in the session

• understand how ATT-led professional learning supports the school’s action plan
