Rationale: School Transformation Teams can authentically lead the work of school improvement as they distribute leadership roles across the school and shepherd implementation of the school’s goals. When the right people are on the team, this work is amplified. The Assessment to Achievement (A2A) Project leverages the School Transformation Team to create a long-term vision for their school as they work towards creating sustainable improvement to teaching and learning. Ensuring the right people are doing the work can make all the difference.
