Rationale: A healthy School Transformation Team culture doesn’t just happen. Leaders play an important role in creating a collaborative and transparent leadership team — and school — culture. A collaborative and transparent leadership team is dependent on a leaders’ ability to build trust with the team. Building trust with the School Transformation Team is within the sphere of control for a leader. By utilizing Open-to-Learning conversations, a leader is able to build trust with their team.
