Rationale: Chip and Dan Heath said it best: “For things to change, somebody somewhere has to start acting differently.” In making a change, we have a rational side and an emotional side to change. As educational leaders, sometimes we have the challenge of not only making changes ourselves, but also inspiring change in others. With concrete strategies to lead change, we better position our potential to improve student learning.
