Rationale: In order to best develop the knowledge and skills of students, we must develop the knowledge and skills of the adults in the building. Assessment to Achievement is purposefully structured to provide teachers with cascading levels of support through Collaborative Teacher Teams, School Transformation Teams, District Transformation/Charter Leadership Teams, and the state-level team (including USBE and Ed Direction).
