Rationale: With unprecedented changes to the education system in recent school years, it is paramount that we as school leaders similarly adapt our practices to meet the needs of students. Effecting meaningful change in school systems is hard, and doing so requires thoughtful strategy. By systematically thinking about change and applying tried-and-true principles to effect change, we can better adapt our practices to meet the needs of students at our schools.
