Rationale: Professional learning is necessary for educators and leaders to explore and practice new skills, but it takes time and intentionality to prepare high-quality learning materials.
Learning Intention: Leaders will use this time to build a high-quality professional learning session to present to their STTs tomorrow.
Success Criteria: Teams will know they are successful when they:
have applied principles from the High-Impact Professional Learning Session (in Summer 2024) to build an outline for the Leading Change: Motivating the Elephant session that they will facilitate tomorrow.
have critically analyzed the session they have created to ensure they are ready to present this information to their STTs.
To open the slides in a separate window, click on the box with the arrow in the upper right corner of the slide.
To view speaker notes, click on the 3 vertical dots in the lower left side of the slide. This will open a menu. Choose "Open Speaker Notes" which will open a pop-out window showing both a thumbnail image of the slide as well as the speaker notes.
