Learning Intention: ATT teams will design a professional learning session on a leadership- focused topic of their choice that builds on prior sessions and continues STTs’ learning and development as leaders.
Rationale: For instructional improvement to be sustained, STTs need ongoing opportunities to deepen their leadership over time. This session supports ATT leaders in designing professional learning that builds on prior sessions, strengthens STTs’ leadership capacity, and reinforces shared responsibility for leading and sustaining the work.
Success Criteria:
ATT teams will create a professional learning deck that meets the session requirements.
Teams will know they are successful when they:
Identify 1–2 leadership-aligned instructional focus areas to bring forward for STT learning and reflection
Design an ATT-led professional learning session plan that supports STTs in building shared understanding, considering implications for practice, and strengthening their leadership role
Clarify how leadership responsibilities are shared over time between the ATT and STT to support sustained learning and collective ownership
