Rationale: By assuming that medium-term data analysis has largely been completed in advance, ATT leaders will focus on planning how they will facilitate an effective STT data conversation that examines multiple data points, rather than reanalyzing results, to finish the year strong.
Learning Intention: ATTs will use previously analyzed medium-term student performance data (ideally including CLC and the most recent baseline data report) to plan and prepare a data session that guides STTs in examining progress and identifying priority next steps.
Success Criteria: Leaders will know they are successful when they can:
identify the key data patterns they will surface for analysis with their STTs
plan facilitation and leadership moves that support STTs in making sense of data pattern and connecting them to instructional practice
outline one to two evidence-based priority next steps they will guide STTs to co-develop during the data dive
