" He saw a fig tree by the side of the road and went to it, but found nothing on it except leaves. So he said to the tree," you will never again bear fruit! " At once the fig tree dried up so quickly. - Matthew 21:19

PRAYER INTENTION

We pray for the grace to be fruitful

Listen up- the fruit of your life is supposed to be a blessing to nations (Deuteronomy 28:12)- if you have a Christian in your circles- you are supposed to be blessed- this life is experientially transformational.- 

If a true believer is around you- the effects must be palpable- but now we don’t even know the difference between a Christian and a non-Christian- even in the church now- if God is leading you to a person- you must fast and pray- because we have mastered deception- so we cover immorality with songs- we have covered our lust with speaking in tongues and self-righteousness and we cover masturbation with bible studies- we do not come naked before the Lord- that he might heal us-

Pride-pride wants to finish my generation – there is no sense of humility before the Lord anymore- no sense of sincerity any more- so now if you want to marry somebody – if you sit by someone and you feel you heard a voice to marry the person you better go and seek God’s face about the voice and be sure it is not the person’s perfume that is speaking to you- ooh or you do not know some perfume can speak- some people have not by passed you before or walk past you and you are compelled to turn and greet- Oga good morning- ooh- some people can enter a place and 2hrs after they are gone the place is conditioned by their fragrance-perfumes can speak  papa…

So you need to be able to conduct a test- because the bible says we must have the capacity- to test the spirits (1 John 4:1)- because by normal law bitter and sweet water shouldn’t be able to come from the same fountain- but this generation has a new technology- we come to church and sing " spare my life, all to Jesus I surrender " - but in the night we are wasting our lives with all sort of things-  and then we say it's a weakness- in Matthew 21:19 “ And when he saw a fig tree in the way, he came to it, and found nothing thereon, but leaves only, and said unto it, Let no fruit grow on thee henceforward for ever. And presently the fig tree withered away. ”  

Look if the Lord begins to demand fruit from you and you are still talking at the level of weakness- - did you observe what happened to the fig tree that was not bearing fruits- did you see what Jesus did to it-  did you see what all merciful Jesus did? did you see his reaction towards that tree. Dey play- you heard- dey play, by this time you ought to be walking in maturity- you should not be claiming weakness that men in the world claim- because he said elsewhere in Romans 6:14, that sin shall not have dominion over you. It says do not yield your members- as instruments of unrighteousness, 

Romans 6:13- you are the one that will yield it ooh-  so if at this time the Lord ia coming to check for the fruit of prayer, check for the fruit of purity, check for the fruit of consecration, check for the fruit of forgiveness, and yet you are claiming and holding to weakness- ayoo

We are coming to the fountain of Mercy ooh- at this table of Mercy- in this conference God is giving you the opportunity to re-order your priorities- God will heal you in the inside- fruit is a consequence of the life at work inside you, hope you are aware that when a tree bears fruit, it is the product of what has happened to the tree, that's why when a tree is dead on the inside there will be no fruits on the outside- " let no one eat fruit from you again " - was Jesus response to this tree- do you know people’s lives has ended like this just like this- and their lives no longer bears any fruit- do you remember in the temple of God- when merchandise- buying and selling was happening- and there was changing of money- all kinds of economic activities- were happening- in the temple- this happens when the ultimate purpose of God for a life is not known- when you do not understand- what it is that God wants to do with your life- when you do not come into Divine knowledge- to know the intricacies and demand of God on your life you will find out that you will be caught up in all manner of buying and selling- 

A great man of God once said- " where purpose is not known abuse is inevitable " - so you will abuse yourself- you can even be abusing others in the name of God-, and you will waste your time, you will even sell your time to the highest bidder in the name of relationships- ooh you do not know, that Satan is looking for people who do not know what to do with their time and lives- so he can keep them busy?- - you don’t know?  Okay you tell me-if you know what to do with your time- how come you are on snapchat, ticktock from morning till evening- for 3  hours non-stop and you can’t read your bible or pray for 10 minutes-reminds me of an incident- I was travelling once with a so called Christian brother out of the city for a funeral. Due to traffic conditions we decided to set out early- 4am we started the journey, as I was praying in my mind, meditating and trying to program the day- all of a sudden this brother was on tick Tok playing all sort of funny things and laughing out loud at 4:30 am in my car-  in less than2 mins I pulled over hard his head nearly hitting part of the dashboard if not for his seat belt- he asked what happened-  I said to him you are happening- if you know what is good for you- you will turn that thing off or get outta my car. Meanwhile this one prays in tongues more than anyone at the then community I was offering pastoral assistance- yet he lacked spiritual knowledge - he was commanding his morning with all I want is your waist from tick tock- can you imagine?

Now to take your time they create seasonal movies- 82 seasons, movie no dey gree end and your whole soul is captured- you are watching- dreaming about it- discussing it- and when you come to spiritual gatherings you feel the pastor is taking long with the service – you are angry because- theTV show has started and mind you this movies are designed in such a way that the more you watch- the more you want to watch- strategically designed to take your time- you will now find that there is no time to read the bible- but there is time for tik tock, snap chat, Instagram and- seasonal movies.  

What’s that popular one- guys help me- Jack Bower -24-  you know-back in the day when I was in the theology school- there was only one person who had it on  campus and we will all troop to his room to watch it and when you got there and they started the next episode without you- you almost wanted to kill person- you forget instantly that you have the Holy Spirit- you ask them which can nonsense play be this- wanna no fit wait me - and then they will say to you small osofo take it easy now- charbi you want kill person sake of small movie -
