THE GIFT OF KNOWLEDGE

Knowledge could be explained as the supernatural insight and access into the past and present events- with a view to preferring solutions , access into happenings, occurrences- sometimes occurrences that predates once own birth-

Knowledge is the ability to judge correctly about matters of faith and right action, so as to never wander from the straight path of justice.

Our world is full of wickedness and we need this dimension of the Holy spirit that can help us to go back- in time and piece together- useful information that can help us- to interpret the current happenings in our life, and thus forecast into the future- often times the secret to the future is in the past- the past can be used as a key to interpret and unlock the present and the future- the gift of knowledge can help us sustain an all seeing eyes to go back and see and understand-

The purpose of this gift is to primarily – supply information to build faith and the conviction of believers - to provide the information that can help you in interpreting today- you must note that the gift of knowledge and prophecy walk hand in hand- many people mistake and interchange the two gifts – what many people call prophecy today is the manifestation of the word of knowledge- Past-present-future-

In John 1:45-51- We hear the discussion can anything good come out of Nazareth. When Philip told Nathaniel he had found the Christ. Jesus will say about Nathaniel, I have found an Israelite in whom there is no guile- while you were under the tree sitting- I saw you- this clearly is knowledge and not prophecy- -

Fast forward, Jesus replied to the Samaritan woman 5 husbands you have- the 6th one is not your husband- that is the gift of knowledge at work. So the town folks will say, we now believe because we have encountered-

Listen up- never ever fight the gifts of the Holy Spirit – it may be abused by some unscrupulous persons but never ever fight the gifts of the spirit- it is a powerful instrument for the building of faith -

With this gift of knowledge, God just lands in a way- and you speak a powerful word to your family, some elders, or associates and everyone is wondering where you got the knowledge from. The shouting is too much-the begging is too much-

Let this gift help you- the gospel is superior- - I want you to cry out and – 'ask God to activate, this gift of the spirit- pray for access, insight, knowledge, supernatural insights, illumination into events, the knowledge to help you make sense of the happenings in your life.
