This fast is called a DAY BORN FAST because you BEGIN the FAST on the DAY of YOUR BIRTH and end the fast on the DAY of your BIRTH. It is an 8 day fast. I will explain to you later the spiritual significance of fasting on your day of birth. Write your intentions and pray through out the days of your fast. You can decided to do 6-6, 6-12, 12-6 etc.

MONDAY BORNS 18th - 25th July
TUESDAY BORNS 19th- 26th July
WEDNESDAY BORNS 20th - 27th July
THURSDAY BORNS 21st- 28th July
FRIDAY BORNS 22nd-29th July
SATURDAY BORNS 23rd- 30th July.
