Isaiah 58:11 reads " The LORD will guide you always; he will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land and will strengthen your frame. You will be like a well-watered garden, like a spring whose waters never fail. "

PRAYER INTENTION

• Remember the prayer list you wrote for yourself as regards the areas of your life that need the Mercy, favour and grace of God.

• Begin to pray about them, let's join our heart and minds together as we pray for your intentions.

Grace is favour, the free and undeserved help that God gives us to respond to his call to become children of God, adoptive sons, partakers of the divine nature and of eternal life.

When God is set to favour a person, He uses anything to help him/her so that even his/her enemies would have blessed him/her before they comprehend. As a matter of fact, when a person enjoys God’s favour, the person’s background or status wouldn’t matter. Everything including the person’s name, peculiarity, complexion, height and even his/her mistakes will begin to work to person’s advantage.

Favour is when someone is willingly to invest his time, credibility, resources and is willingly to invest all it takes to see you succeed. That someone can be a supernatural being or a mortal.

Please pay attention to this spiritual truth, begin to name all the systems of advantage you can think of- salvation, restoration, forgiveness, favour and grace, - they are free gifts from God we don’t deserve them but he gives them anyway- the problem is not at the side of GOD, the problem is from our end of the rope. When God releases this systems of advantages- there are procedures we must follow to enjoy them or to walk in them. For instance, salvation is free, but you have a role to play or you won’t enjoy its benefits, so St. Paul will encourage us in Philippians 1:2-to " work towards your salvation with fear and trembling ".

Salvation is free, but you have a role to play in order for you to benefit from Salvation. The same thing applies to GRACE and FAVOUR and all the other systems of advantage.

Proverbs 13:15 talks about the fact that good understanding giveth favour; but the way of the transgressors is hard. This is a dimension of God's power that is privy to only those who are in the kingdom. It is a dimension of his power that is released through UNDERSTANDING and RELATIONSHIP.

That being said there is another dimension of his power that is programmed in his LAWS. It’s part of the reason why I like to speak about principles and laws. Just understanding them and applying them will bring you that dimension of GOD’S FAVOUR and GRACE.

So as Proverbs 13:15 reads, good understanding giveth favour, it means something I understand can program FAVOUR in my life. And my lack of understanding can also program HARDSHIP. Let me tell you eerrh, Hardship is predictable, it can be initiated, sustained and multiplied.

Some of this socialist’s view that we carry AROUND sitting down idling and saying – that one day my life will change is a joke. Time never changes anything, it only reveals- Changes only occur when we engage the principles that have been mandated by God to effect the change we desire- and this is one of it- GOOD UNDERSTANDING is like a woman that can be pregnant and gives birth to a child and the name of that child is FAVOUR. TRANSGRESSION is also like another woman that can give birth to a child whose name is HARDSHIP.

How do you know whether there is favour in your life? - Look at your life- honestly- am serious, just take a deep gaze at your life- look at the systems in your life. I did not say progress - am saying FAVOUR - FAVOUR is different from PROGRESS. Hard work can bring you progress, education can bring you progress, some level of diligence here and there can bring you progress.

Favour is not progress, favour is a QUANTUM LEAP- where your life changes in the presence of all, where the Lord lays a table for you right in front of your ENEMIES and they can't understand. Where men and women will look at you and be mesmerised because obviously the change that has happened to you, GOD must be involved.

So something that should take 10 years to happen to you happens to you in two weeks. Look, You need FAVOUR to achieve your goals and dreams. Absence of FAVOUR will frustrate your journey. At a point in time you will not be able to trace his faithfulness in your life and you cannot pretend for too long. A day will come when hardship will push you to the wall and like blind Bartimeaus you will have to shout and ask God where are you, have mercy.

There are people Christians who love God, but there is no FAVOUR in their lives. They are sincere people, but no FAVOUR . Business people who clearly do not have FAVOUR. Well-meaning people -no FAVOUR, resident in cities with all kinds of abundance, but no FAVOUR- the earth has refused to yield fruits for them.

If you pay attention to what am teaching you, your life will change like day and night- FAVOUR is the mystery behind the lifting of men. You know, one thing I have come to realize that it is difficult to give God things and be generous to others when you Labour for the arrival of things, because you will always count the cost. There is a dimension of labour that is known as “ a product of hardship ”- it is a sign that there is no favour.

I look at our lives, I look at people and I see the way they dissipate energy and strength for little results - this kind of life will never give you the fortitude to serve God sincerely- let's be honest - serving God is not just something you do- it is a product of our LOVE for him. And there are things that must be in place to afford you the opportunity to focus. How many people have gone to a place to pray and within 5 minutes into prayer time their mind begin to wonder, they are now sad and sorrowful thinking about that bill, that loan or that issue, Am 45 years nothing to show for it, 59 years, nothing to show for it, 70 years and full of regret.

See the issues that are upon you eerrh, if God doesn't help you... Try and find out the number of people with high blood pressure right now. It used to be a diseases for the aged, now most young people have it. A young guy is 23 years and has BP- why? Because he wrote applications to 47 companies and none has picked him.

Look at the rate of suicide, I know someone who was crossing the street, and his mind was on his frustrations, he was not watching and a car knocked him down. This is not the life Jesus gave us, no no. Favour is more than prosperity - favour is REST.
