PRAYER INTENTION

Pray for your spiritual senses to be activated. That you will see, hear and understand beyond the natural. Pray that the Lord delivers you from spiritual blindness-

“ Unless the LORD builds the house, the builders labour in vain. Unless the LORD watches over the city, the guards stand watch in vain ”- Psalm 127:1

Two functionaries are mentioned in this text – namely the BUILDER and the WATCHMAN. This two are critical functionaries that are domiciled in families, territories, society and any place that would want to thrive.

Let me take you to Nehemiah- Do you remember Nehemiah? He is a great illustration of what the average person faces daily. The story about Nehemiah can be found in the book of Nehemiah, it is in the Old Testament. Nehemiah is building back the walls of Jerusalem, and the book of Nehemiah says " –  it came to pass, that when Sanballat, and Tobiah, and the Arabians, and the Ammonites, and the Ashdodites, heard that the walls of Jerusalem were made up, and that the breaches began to be stopped, then they were very wroth, And conspired all of them together to come and to fight against Jerusalem, and to hinder it. Nehemiah 4:8 

  Anytime you decide to build, even if the dream is still in your mind, at the planning stage - you generate enemies - emotional enemies; mental enemies, spiritual enemies, and physical enemies. You will be living in a fool’s paradise to think nothing is fighting you. the fact that your enemies have not revealed themselves yet to you does not mean they are not conspiring against you. Just give it time and you will see their handy works.  

Let’s look at Nehemiah’s response to the enemy- in Nehemiah 4:9. Nevertheless we made our prayer unto our God, and set a WATCH against them day and night, because of them. Take note of PRAYER and setting up a WATCH. Vrs 13 even adds “ Therefore set I in the lower places behind the wall, and on the higher places, I even set the people after their families with their swords, their spears, and their bows .”

 And it came to pass, when our enemies heard that it was known unto us, and God had brought their counsel to nought, that we returned all of us to the wall, every one unto his work. And it came to pass from that time forth, that the half of my servants wrought in the work, and the other half of them held both the spears, the shields, and the bows, and the habergeons; and the rulers were behind all the house of Judah. They which builded on the wall, and they that bare burdens, with those that laded, every one with one of his hands wrought in the work, and with the other hand held a weapon. For the builders, every one had his sword girded by his side, and so builded. And he that sounded the trumpet was by me. So we laboured in the work: and half of them held the spears from the rising of the morning till the stars appeared. Likewise at the same time said I unto the people, Let every one with his servant lodge within Jerusalem, that in the night they may be a guard to us, and labour on the day.  Nehemiah 4 :13-22

Look let me tell you eerh- do not become so distracted by your dream or what you intend to build, or what you are building that you don't have a sword in the other hand to fight the people, the systems, and the spirits who are trying hard to kill your destiny. Learn from Nehemiah-  he is being fought on all sides so He begins to build the wall with a trowel on the one hand and the sword on the other hand.

 To him who much is given much is required. You cannot build anything that won’t bring a battle and if you are going through any battle now it is because you are building something, because systems, people, and spirits only fight because you are trying to build something maybe you are trying to develop and build your spiritual life, build a family, have a child, build a career, build and get your health back, get an education, build a business, etc. The battle is raging on because you are building and if you weren’t building anything nobody fights you. If you weren’t going forward you won’t face any battle-. 

In order to fight efficiently you need to watch- so build, watch and when necessary, fight while building- 

Have you seen where the crux of the issue is - most of you are building but you are not watching to see the activity and the rise of the enemy.

 Since you all are experts in building- the burden on my heart that needs to be processed in this conference is the  WACTHING aspect- You must be a watcher.  My goal in this conference is to turn you into a Secret intelligent officer of Jesus Christ. I welcome you to the ARISE & WATCH CONFERENCE 

Let's consider some ground rules for this conference..

1. A PRAYER to the HOLY SPIRIT must be prayed at the BEGINNING of each day. 

2. PRAYER INTENTIONS for each day will be STATED,  and we will together PRAY, meanwhile feel free to add your own intentions. 

3. Breathe short prayers mentally through the day. " Holy Spirit I need you, Holy Spirit thank you, Holy Spirit help me etc."

4. Keep a log book or diary and take note of attack, dreams, visions, with their corresponding dates, time and days. 

5. Pray for the gifts of wisdom, revelation and discernment

6. Fill your atmosphere with GODLY MUSIC and worship songs. Try and avoid non-gospel music throughout the conference. 

7. Participate in the 14- DAYS DANIEL FAST. I will explain it later
