Eternal God, in whom mercy is endless and the treasure of compassion inexhaustible, look kindly upon us and increase your mercy in us, that in difficult moments we might not despair nor become despondent, but with great confidence submit ourselves to your holy will which is love and mercy itself. 3. – THE BLOOD OF JESUS CHRIST

“Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us. …when he was hung on the cross, he took upon himself the curse of our wrong doing .” - Galatians 3:13

We all have a NATURAL BLOODLINE that flows from our parents, grandparents, and other family members in our family tree. If you take our natural bloodline, for instance, some things have been passed on from generation to generation. It is precisely because of these similarities, that’s why you can tell someone; you look like your FATHER. Now-because we are emotional, spiritual, and physical beings - things, both good and bad are passed down from all these levels.

Since you are now a Christian, let me quickly explain what I mean by a Christian, because- some people are just churchgoers, not everyone is a Christian. By a Christian, I mean someone who is very serious with his or her spiritual growth, who would never let a day pass without genuine, authentic prayer, daily worship, reading of the Bible, and striving to know God more and more. Someone who loves God with all of their heart, mind, body, and soul.

So since you are now a Christian I need you to understand that your SPIRITUAL BLOODLINE can override your NATURAL BLOODLINE. So - scripture talks about all things becoming new and the old has passed away (2 Corinthians 5:17) – as a result, we have entered into a NEW BLOODLINE.

When you understand all that God has done for you and you begin to act on it; then He can bring you out of any adversity and you can overcome any negative pattern from the past. There is power in your SPIRITUAL BLOODLINE. It doesn't matter what your skin colour is or what your ethnic background is. It doesn’t matter how many weaknesses or flaws you have, you have the "DNA" of the almighty God and you came from a long line of champions - your heavenly FATHER spoke the galaxies into existence and JESUS CHRIST defeated your enemy on the cross.

Take a look at some of our spiritual ancestors-.

Moses parted the red sea therefore you have great FAITH in your bloodline. David the shepherd boy defeated Goliath with only a few pebbles, so you have COURAGE in your bloodline. Sampson toppled a building so you have SUPERNATURAL STRENGTH in your bloodline. Daniel was in a lion’s den and wasn’t harmed so DIVINE PROTECTION flows through your bloodline. Nehemiah rebuilt the walls of Jerusalem when all odds were against him so there is DETERMINATION AND PERSISTENCE in your bloodline.

Queen Esther put her life on the line to save God's people so you have SACRIFICE AND HEROISM in your bloodline.

Listen; by virtue of the fact that you are a baptized person and a SERIOUS Christian you come from a bloodline of CHAMPIONS. It doesn't matter what your present conditions look like, inside of you flows the blood of powerful SPIRITUAL WARRIORS - inside of you are seeds of greatness. Take a better look – you are the SEED of the almighty God - so stop focusing on your weakness - get a bigger vision for your life - God sees you in a winner's circle and you are to live in victory, walk-in power, and leave a mark on this generation.

You have been overcome by the blood of the lamb and because of what God has done it every one of us is a champion. You may have all sorts of excuses- "I have made mistakes over and over, I am addicted to this or that”, all of this doesn’t change the bloodline that is in you. What’s in you - you may never have realized how valuable you are but I want you to see that – Christ has paid the price for you - so stop going around thinking that you are worthless and you don’t have a future.

You are a champion and you may have made mistakes but you are still a champion. Don’t let your mistakes hold you down and get back up and go again; your errors or wrong choices do not change your spiritual bloodline.

Time and again - society will write a person off because he or she makes poor choices but God is not that way. God sees your potential and He sees what you are capable of becoming. He is the one who designed you and He knows that you can do great things so

He has programmed you with everything you need for VICTORY. That is why you need to make positive AFFIRMATIONS every day, and you can only make those affirmations when you know the word when you read the bible. "I am more than a conqueror, "even though I walk in the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, 1000 by side, 10,000 beside me, I will not be harmed, or fear the evil arrow that flies by day “.

Granted that you may have to overcome some negative elements in your family line, your spiritual bloodline in God is more powerful than the negative spiritual line. But it is not automatic, so tap into it as you have the royal blood of Christ running through your bloodline. Shake off inferiority complex, that fear, that insecurity, and that doubt. God is the greatest architect of the universe and he planned everything and pre-arranged you to be here at this particular time in history. That is why you should feel a sense of DESTINY and VALUE - understand that your value is not based on how someone else has treated you - or how perfect of a life you have lived or how successful you are or your value is based on the fact that you are a child of the highest God and your value will bear fruits when you spend time getting to know him by genuine daily authentic worship, prayer and reflection reading of the Bible.

Listen up. We are not perfect and we make mistakes. God is never looking for a perfect you - he is looking for a sincere you who thirsts after him - your imperfection is the reason you are human and you are still the apple of His eye. The Blood of Christ canceled everything that was against you, but it is not automatic, you need to hit the enter button yourself.

I prophesy into your life - every curse against your life is blotted by the BLOOD of Jesus. The blood of Jesus disconnected you from your natural bloodline to a spiritual bloodline - 1 Peter 1:18-19.

But this override can only take place if you take God seriously. Pray for me, pray for me is good, but issues like this you must in addition to praying for me, stand up like the priest of your life and household and blast your way through by getting serious with God.

The Blood of Jesus delivered you from all of the profitless negative deliveries that got passed down to you. You are not your father or mother, you have changed bloodlines and you cannot be a Christian and allow what happened to your father should happen to you. If anyone is in Christ he is a new creation; a new person, another species, all things have passed away - every time you take communion, you have contact with the blood of Christ and you are attacking every curse that followed you from your father’s or mother’s house. You are attacking it that is why the Bible calls communion, the CUP of BLESSING not a curse - the cup of blessing.

1 Corinthians 10:16- the cup of blessing. If what followed you from your father’s house was a curse, once you begin to drink the blood of Jesus which is the cup of blessing with faith, the curse must disappear. The blessing will swallow the CURSE.

All you need to do about darkness is to turn on the light. You should tell yourself, “what affected my mum, dad, brother, sister cannot affect me - I am connected to the blessings”.

But this affirmation will only work when you take God seriously. Even if Satan shows you any nonsense dreams, you use God's word in the bible to rebuke him - as you take communion whatever is not from God in your blood shall be swallowed up by the power of God.

Remember to draw closer to God and He will draw closer to you. (James 4:8) Our lack of seriousness for spiritual things, and our propensity to treat God and spiritual things as "other matters" is the root cause of negativity in our lives.

"For the Lord your God is a merciful God. He will not leave you or destroy you or forget the covenant with your fathers that he swore to them" - Deuteronomy 4:31

The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear Him, and He delivers them all - PSALM 34:7
