We should never stop praying, praying must be a daily thing; it is a daily necessity for daily survival and until we learn to pray like the frequency with which we touch our smart phones- darkness will always prevail over us- That's why Satan hates it when you are praying, the moment you are praying or decide to take God serious- some kind of agitation must rise from anywhere to stop you.
Prayer -everyday fire on the altar, the prayer lives of many people are under attack. Demons need to feel the fire everywhere. Let's return to the place of seeking God sincerely and passionately ooh. God, your kingdom come in this territory, in this family, there is darkness here, your kingdom come. You pray- you make the place unconducive for evil, that's how you drive bad spirits away. The goal is to bring the kingdom of God into your space.
Turn your house into a prayer altar ooh. You begin to pray every day, 2 days in a week, 3 days in a week consistently, you do this and you will begin to see what is happening- first there will be silence, then in the second month- you will start seeing physical agitations- the demons that are resident in humans will start reacting- then you know that something is happening in the realms of the spirit, your own loved ones will start fighting you, people will start telling you are becoming arrogant but in the midst of all of this-remember spiritual intelligence, you know it is not the individual, so you go back to the spirit realms and say Satan am still here I know it is you, am coming after you-you have no place here.
Too many people are cold, can you make a commitment that you will become an extension of the fire of God in your territory, family, home, life. Cast away Luke-warmness ooh, this year and beyond be on fire. Some of us are under attack, but we because we are not seeing, we do not care... GRACE for prayer is zero, we are busy- busy- busy, let your prayer be focused on impact.
Impact-start praying alone, have a genuine desire to seek him. In the place of prayer, power will come, God will refine you. Am asking for the restoration of grace for intercession and warfare for you. If you stay alone turn your room to a prayer altar ooh, if you are married turn your house into a prayer altar ooh. Don't tolerate nonsense people to bring antichrist atmosphere and come and destroy what God is doing in your life. Your own destiny is at stake.
Let's begin to talk about Prayer now. Prayer is not only for Christians, prayer is a spiritual technology. Take note, it is a spiritual thing. So evil men can pray, like good men can also pray. Calling and communicating to powers beyond the physical is prayer, that means that Traditionalist pray, Muslims pray, Hindus pray- once the person belongs to a religion, prayer is a must.
Prayer therefore becomes some kind of spiritual technology to access the spirit realms. Prayer is an invocation or act that seeks to activate a rapport with an object of worship through deliberate communication. In the narrow sense, the term refers to an act of supplication or intercession directed towards a super power, a deity or a deified ancestor.
More generally, prayer can also have the purpose of thanksgiving or praise, adoration, petition, intercession, meditation and contrition. Prayer can take a variety of forms: it can be part of an organised way of worship and it can be performed alone or in groups.
Prayer may take the form of a hymn, incantation, formal creedal statement, or a spontaneous utterance in the praying person. Various spiritual traditions offer a wide variety of devotional acts. There are morning and evening prayers, graces said over meals, and reverent physical gestures.
Some Christians bow their heads and fold their hands. Some Native Americans regard dancing as a form of prayer. Some Sufis whirl; Hindus chant mantras; Jewish prayer may involve swaying back and forth and bowing; Muslim prayer involves bowing, kneeling and prostration. Quakers keep silent. Some pray according to standardized rituals and liturgies, while others prefer extemporaneous prayers. Still others combine the two.
Prayer may be done privately and individually, or it may be done corporately in the presence of fellow believers. Prayer can be incorporated into a daily " thought life ", in which one is in constant communication with a deity. Some people pray throughout all that is happening during the day and seek guidance as the day progresses.
My dear friends, your prayer will lead you to the living waters and it is only those who thirst after it who will be given the living waters as a result of prayer. Only to those, who hunger will God give himself as food.
DESIRE therefore becomes the most important ingredient in the quest for God. In other words I am saying that the most important ingredient in the quest for the living waters is DESIRE.
This desire, however, must be “ right ” desire, stripped of self-seeking - a desire to love for what we can get from God, where we become some kind Godusers. Are you aware just a Heartfelt desire for God can overarch your weaknesses, your negligences, and even your sins: "Many sins are forgiven her, because she has loved much" (Lk 7:47).
Without desire, little progress can be made in the spiritual journey. Without desire, the God of Mercies will remain silent and hidden from our experience. Without desire, the gifts that come as a result of prayer will never be granted.
“ As the deer pants after the running water, so does my soul long for Thee, O God .” -Psalm 42:1. In ancient Palestine, " living water " was understood as running water, water "alive" with freshness and purity.
In the Christian and Jewish Scriptures, living water is the symbol for the Holy Spirit 🔥, the Spirit that has been " poured fort into our hearts " (Gal 4:6).
It is at this point that I must state for the record that attending liturgies, all nights, church services and receiving the sacraments is not a substitute for taking SERIOUS PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY for our SPIRITUAL LIFE; signified by our commitment to a discipline of prayer and meditation.
The two -corporate and personal are complementary and should work together, as a unity, in building up the body of Christ who we are, individually and as a people. Am saying that each of us must climb the mountain of God- before us, essentially alone, albeit helped and supported by our Church, but we must of necessity CLIMB it ALONE- to get the LIVING WATER.
If we reflect back over the sermons and homilies we have heard over the years, we will realize that, almost without exception, they have dealt with how we are to conduct ourselves (the moral virtues), but hardly teach us how to pray- and that's what we have begin here and I said DESIRE is very important. Number 2, group or communal prayer is good, but you must have a personal prayer life too.
Without prayer we shall never make much progress in virtue, and shall never be fitted to make others advance therein. Without a life of prayer- we shall never entirely rid ourselves of our weaknesses and imperfections. Without a life of prayer -we shall remain always bound to earth and shall never rise much above mere natural feelings.
Without a life of prayer-we shall never be able to render to God -perfect service.
But with a life of prayer, we shall effect more both for ourselves and for others in a month than we should accomplish in ten years without it. Life is meant to be an ongoing process of knowing and loving, of experiencing profoundly the Father and the Son in the Spirit, and this on going process of knowing, loving and experiencing can only happen when we become men and women of PRAYER.

Shalom and God bless you.
