Perception refers to the ability to see, hear or become aware of something that has not been displayed explicitly yet. 

PRAYER INTENTION

Pray for the gift to percieve the wickedness and plans of the enemy and recognize traps. Ask God to increase your bandwidth of perception to pick up signals from the physical and spiritual realms.

Ezekiel 33:1-7, reads-

 Again the word of the Lord came unto me, saying, Son of man, speak to the children of thy people, and say unto them, When I bring the sword upon a land, if the people of the land take a man of their coasts, and set him for their watchman: If when he seeth the sword come upon the land, he blow the trumpet, and warn the people; Then whosoever heareth the sound of the trumpet, and taketh not warning; if the sword come, and take him away, his blood shall be upon his own head. He heard the sound of the trumpet, and took not warning; his blood shall be upon him. But he that taketh warning shall deliver his soul. But if the watchman see the sword come, and blow not the trumpet, and the people be not warned; if the sword come, and take any person from among them, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at the watchman's hand. So thou, O son of man, I have set thee a watchman unto the house of Israel; therefore thou shalt hear the word at my mouth, and warn them from me. 

Habakkuk 2:1 says “ I will stand at my watch and station myself on the ramparts; I will look to see what he will say to me, and what answer I am to give to this complaint ”

Let's define some terminologies- WATCH- it is a terminology which means to stay on the lookout for danger or trouble - and there are allocated time for watching- so when you go into militant warfare- every soldier has his turn to watch- and mind you there is no war ongoing- but they are watching for possible enemy threats. 

WATCHES – refers to the allocated time for watching – 

1. Morning watch [6am- 9am]

2. Mid morning watch [9am-Midday] 

3. Midday watch [ 12 noon- 3pm]

4. Afternoon watch [3pm-6pm]

5. Evening watch [6pm- 9pm]

6. Late evening watch [9pm-12 midnight]

7. Midnight watch [12 midnight- 3am]

8. Early morning watch/ dawn watch [3am-6am]

WATCHMAN/ WATCHER- These are people who watch in the spirit for three things- I will tell you about those things later. - the activities of the wacthers are captured within what we call watches. So the act of keeping a watch is called watching. 

The aim of this conference is to intentionally recruit you as a spiritual intelligence officer- who keeps watches.

In order for God to do something in your family he needs to deploy watchmen. And every watchman has a mission statement. A watchman can be assigned to a territory, to an individual, to a family or nation.

We have different categories of watchers- we have Watcher Humans, watcher demons, watcher angels-. There are demons that walk over territories hoping that you and I will compromise and give the devil grounds so that those watcher evil spirits can inform Satan that our disobedience has created an opening so that Satan can come and exploit.  

There are also watcher angels waiting in the territory for you to obey God and that is going to translate to the possibilities of God having dominion over a territory or a nation or family. In view of that the watcher angels will inform the other collation of messengers to come take possession of the landscape that your obedience has redeemed.  If you go into the book of Zechariah you will find angels whose job descriptions is to be measuring- so when you concede to the devil, you have lost ground and the angel will have to now measure- the new measurement that is occasioned by your disobedience. God has lost ground so they need to measure and be up to date with the territory that God can influence. 

Likewise the day you stand up to devil and obey God, the day you stand up in prayer -you also gain more influence. This angels always have work to do because the scales are being lost or gained. 

We need to learn how to destabilize the watcher demons and empower your watcher angels . How can you empower the angels watchers  to watch over your family and you, we will discuss that later.   But for now- let's talk about you the human watcher- that’s where the emphasis is on now- God will need to wait on your family until watchmen arises then his chances of influencing your family will be increased. I pray you will give God the needed permission in your earthly function for heaven to interface by becoming the next watchman. 

If God wants to move in your family and there is no one keeping watch, God will pass by- are you aware God can actually visit your family and family members and you will not even smell him pass?  Just like he visited Israel he came to his own people but they received him not. It is possible for God to pass by and you are not even aware. It is possible for God to have an intention of grace and because you are not aware - you lack what it takes to appropriate the mercies of God so the Bible scriptures speak of a watchman..

Watchmen possess ability to discern the sword of the Lord.  They are equipped with abilities to help them discern the movement of God, the movement of Satan, the movement of humans and the movement of angels.

 WHEN the movement of a watchman is lacking or excluded from a civilization of a city or family, life or place the people are likely to become doomed because they will have no one to warn them.

When you are consistent with your watches... God will befriend you like he did Abraham.. He will give you classified information as regards his intentions, the devil's plan, plans of humans and the movements of angels. We need this personnel in our territories, in our families, in our society, in our government, and in our churches to bring the perspectives of God to people and to let people know that in spite of their wealth, power, political and religions our GOD is sitting on the throne thrones they sit on.. 

If there is no watchman in a land it is disaster. Woe to the family that has no watchman, woe to the life that has no watchman. The devil will have a field day in that persons life, in that family, he will take advantage of the inhabitants of that family.
