DAY 8 of 21 DAY MERCY PRAYER & FAST

" ... I will have mercy on whom I have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I have compassion. So then, everything depends, not on what human beings want or do, but only on God's mercy " - Romans 9:15-16

PRAYER INTENTIONS

Lord have mercy

Eternal God, in whom mercy is endless and the treasure of compassion inexhaustible, look kindly upon us and increase your mercy in us, that in difficult moments we might not despair nor become despondent, but with great confidence submit ourselves to your holy will which is love and mercy itself. Amen

A day in the house of the Lord is better than a thousand elsewhere … The lack of prayer, strategic prayer; that’s why we sleep in churches, and some of our churches are full of dry bones, from the preacher to those listening - (dry bones). People stand and talk and all they say is something that should bless you and you wonder why you aren’t blessed. Because there is no altar, no priesthood and they are standing unassisted by the realms of the spirit.

This season and beyond, I will encourage you to be the person God is searching for. Prayer, reading the word and taking your spiritual growth seriously create a legal platform for God, angels, and the spirit realm to gain entrance and access. See every time it looks like darkness is prevailing over your life, it is not that God is limited but it is because you have not understood that until heaven is authorized. God can do nothing about your situation.

Elijah knew that everything under the heavens was within the jurisdiction of men and he didn’t go to beg God. He went and said I lock these clouds that bring rains because it is under the heavens - so I lock it up and put the key in my pocket - “there will not be rain except at my word.” Do not think he just spoke grammar but he went and locked himself and prayed earnestly and he was a man of prayer.

And years later Jesus will say see you guys, I give the keys of the kingdom, whatever you bound on earth is bound in heaven and whatever you lose on earth is loosed in heaven. You have been given the keys to bound and loose- however it begins with prayer power.

Ezekiel 22:30, "I looked for someone who could build a wall, who could stand in the places where the walls have crumbled and defend the land when my anger is about to destroy it, but I could find no one ."

Many of us have not been assisted by the spirit realm - simply because we do not know that we have a role in creating the spiritual portal that grants us access to assistance. I searched among men – who is speaking here? - God through the prophet - I searched for a man among them and searching for a man who can make me change my mind. But am not finding any; don’t blame God when your family remains in all of those different challenges and storms. It is not that God wants Satan to prevail but He is looking, searching for someone to use. – someone to stand in the gap.

Look, there is something that happened in your family that brought down that altar of trouble, the altar of poverty, the altar of sickness and God keeps watching it ravage you for decades and God is saying am searching for someone who will rise as an altar - am searching for a woman, a man who will rise as an altar.

Until I learned this I was surprised – how God could just allow evil to happen like that and many people say, where God is, can't he arise - God says, I sought for a person among them that should make up a hedge and stand in the gap - before me - in the land and that I should not destroy it. Not just an individual - but I found none -.

Who is the man I shall send – the answer appears in Ezekiel 37.
