PRAYER INTENTIONS
Lord have mercy
Eternal God, in whom mercy is endless and the treasure of compassion inexhaustible, look kindly upon us and increase your mercy in us, that in difficult moments we might not despair nor become despondent, but with great confidence submit ourselves to your holy will which is love and mercy itself. Amen
9. DISCIPLINE of CONFORMITY.
Romans 8:13. Galatians 6:8. Value of discipline and order, waking up and praying, God can speak to you but you will go no where if you don't DISCIPLINE yourself, order- order, discipline of conformity, our generation is a very indisciplined generation, we don't take anything serious, you start a business at 10am and close at 4pm, no discipline.
Discipline- if you are not discipline you are abusing the grace of God. Graduates thinking that you will prosper, no respect for anything, no discipline. " I do not claim that I have already succeeded or have become perfect. I keep STRIVING to win the prize for which Christ Jesus has already won me to HIMSELF. Of course, my brothers and sisters, I really do not think I have already won it; the one thing I do, however, is to forget what is behind me and do my best to reach what is ahead. So I run straight towards the goal in order to win the prize". Philippians 3:12-15
What are the sponsors of indiscipline - arrival mentality, deception of results, pride, success. I press, discipline, this guy who wrote the epistles said work out your own salvation- I press towards the prophetic work... Grace has come, so I press am a deliverer so I press.
It will take you engaging DISCIPLINE, if you don't co-operate with the Spirit through discipline - forget it... You will never do business with God if you ignore discipline.. Next time you are admiring someone great, there is discipline..
Pray this prayer- Lord take indiscipline out of my life, forever, discipline of conformity, the grace to take my destiny seriously. To take the destiny of others seriously. Discipline in waking up early -discipline in prayer, discipline in your life, discipline with your finances, discipline with your time- Discipline.
God can give you all the spiritual blessings of you are not discipline forget about your inheritance. Student, worker, owner, all you need is discipline. Your inability to study, to sit down, punctual, no what time to do what, doing the right thing at the right time. All you use your phone to do is make calls or text and you want to buy a phone that is more than your one month salary- indiscipline to the highest degree or Students wearing a weave-on of 2,000 cedis meanwhile you have not paid for your handouts- indiscipline.
What about endurance - that also needs discipline. You see a pattern, women marry terrible people, because they could disciplined themselves to wait- they could not endure. God says wait - wait - until my will comes but indiscipline your body is itching -you are thinking about the pressure society and family is giving you. The next dude that comes along you jump into a marriage, - you made a choice, through indiscipline.
Slow traffic, but you are wiser, you could be in line, indiscipline then the Police arrest you for driving on the shoulders of the road- indiscipline.
You have been taken out- you have been bought at a prices- your mindset has been renewed, you have been delivered - but indiscipline...
The Discipline to wait..
cast out spirit
renew mind
obtain grace- staying power
counsel of the Lord
it takes discipline to stay.
