THE LAW OF RESET

One of the features I admire about modern tech- gizmos is the RESET button. So, I lost my password to my mail or my gadget is freezing, and not functioning optimally- all I need to do is to click the reset button and bingo, I'm starting fresh.

Just like these gadgets, your life from time to time needs to be RESET to enable you perform optimally and reach your destiny.

RESET- “ to start anew; to set, adjust, or fix in a new or different way ". Sometimes, life can choke us with one problem or the other, we can get all stressed up and tired and situations can arise that we have absolutely no control over- in those moments we must reach out and press our RESET button.

The bible for instance is a reset feature for man, it's where we discover solutions to mankind's problems and challenges. Forgiveness is also God's reset button for sin and guilt.

Generally the hospital and all who work in there are the reset button for sickness in our physical dimensions.

In this life, if you really want a ReBirth, your perception of how the world operates has to be RESET so you can have a fresh perspective on issues.

Let me give you 4 areas in your life that you will need to RESET before we end this 40 days journey captioned ReBirth, so that you can live fruitfully, optimally and abundantly in the land of the living.

1. SOCIAL RESET : - there are some friend’s eerrh, associates you have BEEN dealing with since the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s, they have added no value to your life, they are rather aiding and abetting you to do all the wrong things.

RESET PLEASE.

Then there some other people, they come with a friendly front, you fall for them as a husband, wife, lover, friend, etc… then, they take from you, rob you and leave you for dead, it’s time to reset all dem people, I don’t care who they are- RESET them. After all, it is God himself who gave us the 1st LAW OF NATURE known as the principle of Self-preservation. Self-preservation is the process of an organism preventing itself from being harmed or killed and is considered a basic instinct in most organisms.

Most call it a " survival instinct ". ... You are being hurt very bad, being KILLED, your very life is in danger and you are still there in the name of my church says this, my church does not allow this one or society says this, what will my mother, family, friends say… and your life is in danger, you are still there.

You have forgotten God himself said thou shall not kill, and you are being killed and you sitting there. When I say it then you quote for me, Matthew 16:25 “ For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake will find it. ” Or better still you quote Romans 8:18 “ For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us ”. Let me tell you eerrh misinterpreting scripture is a sin on its own, Do you know the revelation behind this texts and you are quoting them to support your stay in that deadly situation…

You stay in there and die 🙄, I will come and bury you, eat jollof at your funeral, and WHEN you get to heaven’s gate, ANGEL Gabriel will lash you on top for not using your HEAD when you were on earth.

Watch the company you keep, because you become the company you keep. If your circle of friends ain't helping you positively, then it's time to RESET ; get fresh contacts, fresh ideas and fresh conversations that will help you. The company you keep can make or unmake you. Hit the reset button, if you are in the wrong crowd.

2. SPIRITUAL RESET: - Humans are essentially body and spirit, you will be doing yourself a lot of harm if you ain't feeding your " spirit man " with the RIGHT SPIRITUAL MATERIAL. When was the last time you prayed, went to church, confessed your sins or read your bible? For most of us we only remember God when we are in trouble. God is now a book on your SHELF abi, you reach out when you feel like, you keep at it.... when the evil days come and you reach out and the book is off your shelf then you will see. It's time for a Spiritual reset; Deepen your spiritual roots, get a good and authentic Christian church, go for bible studies and get a good spiritual father /director . Spirituality is the gas that gets you to sail through the storms of life and beyond, it will get you to your destiny, so be serious.

3. PHYSICAL RESET: - You are the captain of your ship (body), it makes sense then to take good care of yourself. You have no idea health is wealth till you start falling sick. Are you stressed, are you into drugs, alcoholism, gluttony, using all your energy on women (sex)....? If you answer yes to any of this, you need to really hit the RESET button fast.

Fall sick and see if you can even pray or eat. Check your diet, an occasional quick body service may be a good idea- a regular med-checkup to nip problems in the bud, take a vacation, rest, take it easy, spread your schedules and avoid stress and find ways to detox.

4. EMOTIONAL RESET: - Is anyone giving you emotional stress and making your life a living hell? It is time to reset emotions that have been managing you. Not falling prey to emotional slumps and pitfalls is critical to living your destiny. So your heart has been broken, you have been betrayed, you just lost a love one, and you just got out of a fierce marital battle in court: - it's time for a RESET.

If you need counseling, get it, if you need therapy get it, don't allow unhealthy emotions to go unchecked. Your ability to press your reset button will save you, it's time to reset.

My challenge to you today is this, if you really want a ReBirth, re- examine your life, your thinking, your values, your perceptions and if it's negative, RESET.

Today, I pray for you and I ask the HOLY SPIRIT to perform a DIVINE SURGERY in your NETWORKS , people who aren't meant to be there, who have become locusts, time wasters, grain eaters and dream killers should be uprooted out of your space and life in the mighty name of Jesus.
