PRAYER INTENTIONS

We pray for the gift of the fear of the Lord, gift of knowledge, wisdom and understanding. We pray for deliverance from ignorance

Eternal God, in whom mercy is endless and the treasure of compassion inexhaustible, look kindly upon us and increase your mercy in us, that in difficult moments we might not despair nor become despondent, but with great confidence submit ourselves to your holy will which is love and mercy itself. Amen

Lucifer was a creature of sounds- a being of worship for that matter. God gave him two assignments- the first assignment was that of priesthood and the second was governor of the first earth. Because there was a first earth- take your bible and let me show you- see its OK wai- let me not even go there- before people of religion come to accuse me of heresy. I leave this matter for another day.

Now the assignment of priesthood is the ability to minister to the presence of God- so that when the presence of God shows up- the priest ministers to the presence. The priest is not primarily a person who comes to bless the people- that’s where we got it wrong- what power does the priest have? If not given from above.

The priest is able to bless the people because when he ministers to the presence- he carries an overflow of that presence – it is that overflow that he pours on the people when he comes out, so he becomes a conduit- Exodus 28:1-2.

Lucifer means light bearer. He was the chief among the angels. He was the commander over a vase department of angels. His primary function was in the very throne room of God. He was there to minister before God as a priest and to usher in the praises to God from all of his creation. Before the rebellion of Lucifer, the morning stars sang together, and all the sons of God shouted for joy - Job 38:7

So Lucifer was a priest in the realms of the region of the unseen- the heavenly dimensions. Before his fall- to and fro he moved in the midst of the coals of fire- as he did that he provided sounds and vibrations- those sounds he emitted was what alarmed heaven to worship God-and he was a priest in the corridors of eternity- Ezekiel 28:14.

Isaiah 14:12-14- when he was done with the job of priesthood he comes to establish order on the first earth - until iniquity was found in him. Am trying to show you how the systems of this world was designed so you will know why the devil can rule in different mountains of influence- he was here before we were created.

Until Iniquity entered his heart and am taking time to show you this because the precedence of evil emanated from Lucifer now known as the Devil and anybody that takes that path will end up like him.

Listen-this is not an attempt to glorify a being other than God, far from that am rather showing you where humans can get to and still fall when they follow the same path of rebellion like Lucifer.

It means that you can be elected as the president and that ascension becomes the reason for your fall. You can be called to be a leader, a politician, a business man, a nurse, a doctor, a deacon, a man or woman of God and the ascension to these various offices could be the reason for your fall.

You can be upright serving God until the day you became a millionaire and the millions became the reason for your fall- does that mean God does not bless humans, God does - but the blessings of God is commensurate to the knowledge of God you have. 3 John 2:1 says - I wish above all things that you prosper just as your soul prospers .

Hear me out loud in your speakers- If you have power beyond how much you know God, power will rule you. If you are in relationships beyond how much you relate with God, those relationships will rule you. If you have money beyond how much you know God, money will rule you.

Listen, everything that is a blessing to you remains a blessing so long as you know God more than those things. The moment those things become more than the knowledge of God in your life, those things become your god- and you will fall like Lucifer did. Lucifer said, I will ascend and be like the Most High and he was cast from the mountains of God, but unfortunately he was cast into the earth, the moment he hit the earth... You see what happen- open to Genesis 1:2. Am describing to you what happened between Genesis 1:1 and Genesis 1:2.

But God needed another general on earth so God came to earth again... But because the earth was in chaos, God could not work with the earth, so he downloaded Eden- that's the account you see from Genesis 1:3..let there be; and there was.…and Eden was downloaded.

Now, so long as man was in Eden and under the government of God - even though the rest of the earth was in chaos, it could not affect man. Life was rosy, there was no pain or death, or sickness or sin. Life was the definition of heaven. What God wanted man to do was to cultivate the garden Eden till the whole earth became like Eden, cultivate the garden simply means- keep worshipping and carrying the priesthood and kingship responsibility till Eden enlarges and Eden will subdue the earth, and the whole earth will become like Eden.

That was what God wanted to do with our first parents, but Adam did not understand because he was a man but was a child in his soul. He did not have understanding - he was innocent and the devil came and brought rebellion again, the same thing he did in heaven- “I want to be like the most high” and he told man- if you eat this fruit you will not die - God knows that you will become like him, he deceived the man into rebellion. The moment the man allowed it, the same chaos that was in the old earth - now entered and the Eden became compromised and the whole earth is in darkness again.

Man out of ignorance allowed the devil into Eden. You know when we receive Christ- God reinstalls Eden in our spirits and heart- Eden comes back – downloaded as a result of the price paid on the cross, but many still allow the Devil into their Eden through sin and disobedience- so what do you do? You ask for forgiveness and repent when you sin-the Lord then automatically-gives you a new life another Eden is installed.

Hear me when I tell you- you allow the Devil into your Eden to bring darkness every time you sin, you didn’t know it is not just adultery, it is the life and energy of your ordination that is dissipated, so a prophetess can end up a harlot, because she couldn’t keep her Eden.

Are you beginning to see why sin and disobedience is dangerous.

The devil has been in the presence of God for long, he knows how God operates - God operates by systems, principles and laws - system of power, worship, glory, service. God operates by systems so the moment the devil took over dominion as a god of the earth - he didn't stop there, all the angels that fell with him- he divided them into systems.

• Sea- rule the marine world

• Air - rule over the atmosphere

• Earth - rule over men..

From this point of the rebellion onwards his name was changed from Lucifer (the light bearer) to Satan (adversary).
