PRAYER INTENTIONS

1. Pray for the grace to stand for the truth and speak the truth in every circumstance.

2. Pray for the ability to discern falsehood and false prophets.

3. Pray for the gift of prophecy to be activated in your life.

🔥THE GIFT OF PROPHECY🔥

Christ, high priest and unique mediator, has made of the church a kingdom, priests for his God and Father. (Revelation 1:6;5:9-10; 1Peter 2:5,9)… Believers exercise their baptismal priesthood through their participation, each according to his own vocation in Christ’s mission as priest, prophet and king ”- Catechism of the Catholic Church (CCC, 1267, 1268)- Every Christian is a priest, prophet and King.

Another gift that has caused a lot of havoc due to the foolishness of some men/women of God is the gift of prophecy. Many people think of prophets as those who only foretell the future. The word “ PROPHET ” simply means “ one who speaks for another ”. So Prophets are concerned with current events and their own situations. God inspires prophets to speak out, to remind people of the covenant God had with them and call them to repentance.

The prophets threatened evil leaders, warned sinners, consoled the suffering, advised rulers and taught morality. The prophets however did not completely ignore the future, they had a view of what it should be and foretold it. This futuristic dimension of prophecy is where the problem is. So let’s talk about it.

1 Corinthians 14:3 “ but he that prophesy speaketh unto men for their edification exultation and comfort ."

Prophecy is the super natural ability to reveal events, information. It could be futuristic in context, unless it is for the declaration of a word of God over a situation. Everybody called into the prophetic as a ministry must have the gift of prophecy but not everyone who prophesies is a true prophet. And some can be prophets without necessary talking about future events; it doesn’t mean they are not prophets. The Church makes us understand that once you are baptised, you are a priest, a king and a prophet.

So why do we have some kind of suspicious attitude towards this gift of prophecy? It is because this gift when left without discernment and maturity can destroy instead of build. The abuse of the prophetic has destroyed people, misled individuals, broken down marriages, brought businesses down, destroyed families and relationships. So called prophets and pastors have caused more harm than good to the body of Christ.

There needs to be a balance in the dispensation of this gift, wisdom is needed in the application of this gift. The resentment and animosity/hatred people have towards prophecy is because people have used this gift to cheat, extract money, dehumanize people, rob people and deceive people. People have been forced to enter into marriages, travel, get into business, do match making in the name of prophecy.

The bible mentions the phrase “ false prophets ” at least a 100 time and Jesus warns us about their operations in Matthew 24:10-11- “ And then many will be led into sin; they will betray and hate one another. Many false prophets will arise and deceive many. Such will be the spread of evil that many people’s love will grow cold ”

Matthew 7:15 – “ Beware of false prophets, who come to you in: sheep's clothing, but inwardly are ravening wolves. ”

TWO THINGS TO NOTE ABOUT THIS GIFT

1. Word of God is more dependable, reliable and access to the word of God will bring the prophetic ministry over your life, that’s why you shouldn’t joke with the read your bible in a year project.

2. The prophetic ministry is the office with the greatest falsehood that is why we must be careful.

Listen up, prophecy must be within the boundaries of the Word of God. To operate in the prophetic you must understand the NATURE of GOD and the WORD of GOD. Any prophecy against the nature of God is falsehood. Example of such falsehoods are , God says you should give me your house and be houseless, God says you should sleep with me for a child, God says you should bring blood to do this and that, God says you should sleep with your brother, God says you should steal your fathers money and bring it . These examples are against the nature of God. People have mispresented God over many situations.

It must also be noted, that the prophetic usually comes with remedy, because the Lord reveals to redeem. So if I come and tell you, you will die tomorrow and I leave you at that, there is a question mark? . There are things I see that, if I should say, the world will turn upside down. 97% of the things I see, stay with me because I was not instructed to tell, it was revealed so I can intercede, I am gifted with the ministry of intercession so because of my special ministry as an intercessor- things are revealed to me not to talk about them but for me to intercede for people.

You see eerrh, we live in an era where people do not know how to manage information. And when people receive an information that they are not yet matured to handle, it can destroy the person. So for instance I had a prophecy about you, but, my introducing of that prophecy into your life might end up corrupting your walk with God. Because if I tell you, I will rather end up causing fear and panic, and the spirit we were given according to Timothy is not a spirit of fear and timidity, so anything that will cause fear and panic is questionable. “ For this reason I remind you to fan into flame the gift of God, which is in you through the laying on of my hands. For God has not given us a spirit of timidity, but of power, love, and self-control .”- 2Timothy 1:6-7.

So ask yourself, if scriptures says we were not given the spirit of fear and timidity, why do this so call prophets and pastors go around creating that very fear in persons, in families and in communities?

So, fast-forward, I will reserve that prophecy and intercede for the person, unless the Holy Spirit presses me to reveal it to him/her, even that one, I need DISCERNMENT and WISDOM to communicate properly, so I don’t cause FEAR and PANIC, but rather EXALT the POWER of GOD.

Some of you dream and the next moment you are in a hurry to communicate the dreams, “ eei my sister, I saw the choir mistress snatching your husband in my dream ooh, be careful ooh ”, and based on this sister also goes into war mode with choir mistress. No! No! No. The Holy Spirit has already educated and taught us all on what we need to know about dreams in our dream conference last year, for those of you who missed- stay tuned for the reloaded edition.

Listen eerh, there are about 5800 believers on “the walk with God prayer portal”, and every day I see at least 37 prophesies about people on this page, most of whom, I don’t know, I haven’t even spoken to or even met- and this prophecies are not mine to tell- I just pray as an intercessor and problem is sorted. Most of you on this platform have no idea the kind of things God has saved you from because of your connection to God through this online portal.

This online portal is an ALTAR on its own- Why? An ALTAR is a platform where the Divine interacts with the Physical and that's what this portal is, a place where the Divine interacts with us. I intentionally fasted and prayed and dedicated and keep dedicating this online prayer portal to God, so any number that enters here represents the person, and the person automatically partakes in the covenant God has with this portal. That’s why I keep encouraging people, that if you are in a place where you are unable to get into a physical chapel, just open the walk with God portal on your phone and connect with the covenant God has with this portal and say your prayers quietly in your mind and see what happens.

And to clear any doubt let me tell you the covenant God has with me and this online portal, in relation to anyone who joins in faith:

“ The Spirit of the Lord is upon this portal, because he has chosen me to bring good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim freedom to the anyone in any form of prison. To bring recovery of sight to the blind; to set the oppressed free and announce that the time has come, when the Lord will save his people - Luke 4:18-19. And if you pay attention that is all God has been using this online portal to do.

Another problem with modern prophecy is WRONG INTERPRETATION. Wrong interpretation is also as dangerous as error and lies. So for example you had a vision/trance/dream that your husband has had a child with your friend. Then foolishly, you wake up and bring the heat down on your husband, accusing him of cheating on you, that God revealed it to you. You are destroying your marriage, and destroying marriages is not consistent with the will of God. Because of your lack of discretion you will create mistrust between the two of you. This particular trance or vision could be termed as the PRINCIPLE of SIMILARITY in OPERATIONS as far as the realms are concerned, some day we will talk about this principle but because of your immaturity, you will destroy your marriage based on a trance.

Let’s take for instance a couple who come to see me, then as they sit, my spiritual eyes are opened and I see a spiritual cobra enthroned itself on the head of the wife, mind you-all of this, I mean the cobra part is in the spiritual- I would be foolish to call the man out and tell him, " my guy, you are in trouble oooh, your wife is a witch, she is the cause of all your problems. ”

Meanwhile sincerely, the poor woman loves the husband. This interpretation is faulty. What God may be revealing is that, through no fault of her’s the woman is in bondage and she needs deliverance, so God is revealing so that she is delivered. The best thing to do is to handle her, and God will use me to deliver her and she won’t even know that there was a snake on sitting on her head. Imagine the husband got that info, he will never look at her the same way again.

There are times that while going through town I see people with different spiritual loads and demonic following etc. it is not my business to talk.. We are destroying families and personalities and it’s not cool.

Live television, live audience then PROPHET Boom appears and is saying he is casting a witch spirit out, meanwhile he has forgotten that the woman is somebody’s mother, wife, relative and friend. You may cast the witch spirit out of her but you have ended up creating more problems for the woman, it’s like moving her from one prison to another, from the prison of witchcraft to that of stigmatization and isolation. There is no way we will look at her the same again. Why do you solve one problem to create a more serious one, God doesn’t work like that.

Those who know me will tell you, it is part of the reason why I don’t lay hands or touch, the only time you will see me getting physical contact in a worship session is when am anointing the head. Hardly will you see me laying hands, I don’t like it and am very slow to do it, I may end up creating problems for you, so I will rather walk around, and as I do that, the DIVINE SURGOENS APPEAR and DIVINE SURGERY is going on quietly, peoples wombs are restored, the sick are healed, finances are restored, people get their breakthrough without one touch from me, and then they know that it was God who saved them and not me. And it’s one of the reasons why I go around temples or chapels before/ during major programmes, like the surgeon about to operate, am sanitizing the environment spiritually and inviting the DIVINE SURGEONS, angels, God the Father, SON and HOLY SPIRIT, to come into the enabling spiritual theatre to operate on God’s children, and I don’t need to touch anyone physically, am not saying there is anything wrong with laying of hands, its ok, but for me the spirit doesn’t operate with me that way.

The number of people the Holy spirit has saved and done divine surgery while I walk around in a prayer session is unbelievable, most times I see the issue in the realms then I direct the Holy Spirit to the person and continue walking on. That’s why I even prefer this online programs, because there is no physical touch, then you know God is at work and involved in your life. He is beyond space and time.

Let me tell you, don’t allow any man of God deceive you, whatever you see at work in your life is the power of God. I was telling someone that on normal day am a lost soul, looking for meaning, whatever advantage you see at work in my life is powered by the Holy Spirit, take the Holy Spirit away and am a lost, frail man, with no focus. Listen eeerh, we men of God are just sign boards and instruments that God uses to direct his children, am just like you, the only difference is God has decided to use me in this way, but I have no power, most of you are better, faster, stronger, holier and more intelligent than me. It is just by grace, that is why when you say Fr. thank you, I tell you to thank God, nah me what power do I have.

We need the gift of prophecy, the whole bible is full of " the prophetic " from Genesis to Revelation, I agree there are some bad nuts out there disgracing the prophetic but that doesn’t negate its essential service in our lives as Christians.

So my advise to you is that you Discern the spirits, there are good ones out there, remember by your baptism you are a prophet, priest and a king.
