DAY 16 of 21 DAY MERCY PRAYER & FAST

" ... I will have mercy on whom I have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I have compassion. So then, everything depends, not on what human beings want or do, but only on God's mercy " - Romans 9:15-16

PRAYER INTENTIONS

Lord have mercy

Eternal God, in whom mercy is endless and the treasure of compassion inexhaustible, look kindly upon us and increase your mercy in us, that in difficult moments we might not despair nor become despondent, but with great confidence submit ourselves to your holy will which is love and mercy itself. Amen

WHAT TO DO TO REMAIN LIVING IN THE BLESSINGS

• OBEDIENCE & RIGHTEOUSNESS, Psalm 5:12- " Surely, LORD, you bless the righteous; you surround them with your favor as with a shield ."

• COVENANT PRACTICES, Malachi 3:10 "Bring the full tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. And thereby put me to the test, says the LORD of hosts, if I will not open the windows of heaven for you and pour down for you a blessing until there is no more need ."

• Numbers 6:23 – SPEAK WORDS of BLESSINGS. “Tell Aaron and his sons, ‘This is how you are to bless the Israelites.’” Say to them: “The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face shine on you and be gracious to you; the Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace.”

• SERVICE & WORSHIP to GOD - Exodus 23:25- “You must serve only the LORD your God. If you do, I will bless you with food and water, and I will protect you from illness ”

• REMAIN under PROPHETIC COVERING - Hosea 12:13 says “The LORD used a prophet to bring Israel up from Egypt, by a prophet he cared for him ”- Just like it is good to have a personal doctor, stick to one spiritual director, don't cut yourself from the prophet God used to get you delivered, and God will continue to use that prophet to make sure you stay delivered.

• The POWER of the BLESSING - the easiest way to exit darkness is to put on the light. Genesis 12:1-2. 1Chronicles 4:9. Whatever connects you to the blessing, connects you to deliverance and excuses you from the curses. Anything that links you to the blessing excuses you from the curse. So stay connected to the blessings.

Therefore when you begin to pray what happens is that there is a rearrangement and reprogramming, PRAYER is reprogramming the physical to fall in line with the spiritual realities you desire. Just imagine, that in these physical realms; you cannot hear, you cannot smell, you cannot see, you cannot sense, Are you alive?

Danger can pass you by and take you along at any time. A gas can be leaking in your room and you will not be aware, I can start a fire around you and you will not smell smoke, the only thing you will know is that you are fainting, then you go into a coma and die because the ability to sense or perceive is not there. I can be talking to you, supplying tons of valuable information and you cannot hear, right?

Now listen, the same way there are physical senses and there are spiritual senses too, the physical is five, but the spiritual senses are limitless, and the same way you have physical blindness, someone can have spiritual blindness; same way one can have physical deafness, someone can be deaf spiritually too; same way someone can have physical numbness and as someone can be spiritually numb too.

So the Holy Spirit can be saying Mr. Man trouble is coming, but the person's spiritual senses for perception is off, and trouble will come-.

You see eerrh,- when you begin to pray and take your spiritual growth seriously, what is happening is that there is a fine-tuning to your spirit, your spirit man begins to gain ascendance, and you can stand and just sense spiritual things accurately. Because your organs of perceptions and interaction with the realm of the spirit are heightened, so you give the Holy Spirit the liberty to use your spiritual faculties to reveal to you what to do-. The Spirit can use your spiritual ears and you will hear, he can use your spiritual sight and you will see, you will see a vision, he can use your knowing and perception, he can move you into his will, the more you pray and pursue the things of the spirit; you are giving the Holy Spirit the veracity of options to be able to communicate the will of God to you.
