Artist Statement

Paranoid Eyes

The main ideas in this piece was that I was trying to depict and show paranoia and nervousness through eyes. I tried doing the by making the eyes look different places like the feeling of everyone one watching you and constantly looking around. the Materials I used to create this work was acrylic paint, pencils, white gel pen, water color paint, sharpies, and tape to protect my border. The process I used through this piece was slow because I had to pay attention to small details like the eyelashes and specks in the eyes.
