Artist Statement

My main idea for these pieces of art is that I mostly really wanted to have fun with them and not worry about if they came out perfect. I also really wanted to branch out of my comfort zone with these pieces especially because I had to re-learn how to use tools like illustrator and photoshop. During these projects I also used a laser cutter for the first time too which was really cool and I got to use materials like ink and linoleum for the first time since freshman year which was also really cool. The materials I used to make these pieces were ink, linoleum, laser cutter, leather, and tools like photoshop. I also used watercolors and black pen. My process for these works was fun but slow it took me a little longer on certain parts of the projects because I had to re-learn how to use things like photoshop and illustrator.
