Artist Statement

Shine

My main idea for this piece is that I wanted it to be very clean and sleek but also super bright and happy. To get this look I had to use some scrap pieces of paper to cover up the mistakes I made with the paint marker where it had leaked everywhere. To make this piece I used bright colored paper, tape, little craft crystals, and a paint marker. My process for this piece took a lot of patience because the paint marker I was using kept leaking and going everywhere so I had to work around that.
