The main idea of this piece was to portray love and the feeling of love which I did through happy face expressions, line work, and the use of pink warm colors and gold. I also tried to this feeling by putting a lot of hearts in my work. I used neon pink paint for my background and then I used a gold sharpie to draw radiating hearts on top of that. For the face I used alcohol markers and a black pen. For the eyes I cut little heart out of construction paper to make it look like love was radiating out of her eyes. The process I used for this project had more steps because I did my background and then I did the face on a separate piece of paper and then cut it out and taped it to my background
