William s/o Henry de Tildenne
is mentioned in, possibly as the son of a second marriage, the 1613 memorial at S Giles, Wormshill:
" ... Sir Henry Tylden, married Phillipa de Boteler (daughter of Sir Richard Boteler of Lancashire). Their son, Sir William Tylden, married Constance daughter of Rodolphus Gannett.."
(Note: at this point, we know Henry de Tyldenne married Alice but I have yet to see any documents mentioning Phillipa de Boteler.)
IN THE HISTORICAL RECORD
Either he, or his son Willliam, is the "Willelmus Tyldenne in Tylmanstone," Kent, is listed as one of the Archbishop of Canterbury's tenants in the 20th year of King Edward III (1346) - page 120 of the attached Kent Archaeology report

Assuming this is correct, which we do not know, we do not know at what point the Maidstone lineage of Robert (1404?) and Andrew Tylden (1450?) departs from that of the Tylden's of Milsted. Their pedigree, as recorded at St Giles, states Sir William Tylden was the father of:
(There are obviously several generations missing from this genealogy, and I have yet to see most of the alleged personalities and relationships fact checked .)
