EARLY LIFE
William Dennis was christened in St Michael's church, East Peckham, on April 15, 1565. He was the second of five children christened to Henrie Dennisse and Joan Terie between 1563 and 1588.
After his father's death, in 1598, William became the chief beneficiary of his father's will.
MARRIAGE
William Dennis married Margaret (VIGIANCE?) in East Peckham on April 16, 1599. Their children were:

Is this the William Dennis, "citizen and grocer," who occupied the messuage at St. Martin Pomary 95/18, Cheapside, London,
"in 1610, and he or a successor of the same name was presumably the resident of this parish who died in 1624."
