Joyce d/o of Richard Tylden and Mabell Lamb of Boxley, was born before 1571.
She married Walter Straine in Boxley 15 February 1590. They christened 9 children in Bicknor, 7 of whom appear to have become adults. Our ancestor Elizabeth Straine was one of them.
Walter died in 1627. Joyce lived for another eleven years. She was buried in Stockbury, where her son James lived, on Aug 17, 1638.
