His loving wife Ann. gets the house. Sisters “Mary Small” & Joan (...) get 10 shilling each. Son John “lands & tenements”, “my two daughters” daughters Anna and Amy. Grandson Peter (Tomlin?) 20 shillings. Does not mention his daughter Elizabeth Penny (who was dead) & instead refers to her daughter “Elizabeth Penny, another of my grandchildren” to receive 40 pounds at age of 18 (she was) & if she dies before this takes effect $ to go to his loving wife Ann.
